Right after the Supreme Court ruled that the death penalty is not appropriate for rape...the case was still haunting me.

Cops Say Body of Missing Vermont Girl Found

       This was a beautiful 12 year old. She had barely begun to touch her own life.

        The man suspected of killing her - her uncle -  had a whole four years in jail for violent rape. He was being "treated" for whatever they say is wrong with him.

       Everyday, parents struggle to keep their children safe while monsters indulging their sweaty fantasies and exploiting their "rights" hunt them.

        Since our judges, parole boards and politicians don't see fit to protect those unable to protect themselves, we are left with no choice but to find judges, parole boards and politicians that will.

        This case bears watching. Carefully and calmly. (easier said than done) We have to find leaks before we can plug them.

      Let's guard against extremes and continue to strengthen our laws. Not lower our standards, but strengthen our laws to protect the weaker members of society.

    Either that or demand that those declared guilty among the scumbags that commit this kind of crime be released and we'll give them a 50 yard head start.

   How's that for &%$!!!@ politically correct?

 A Special Note to Those of You That Would Do Whatever You Had to Do to Change These Things:

           If ever we came close to understanding vigilante behavior, it's here.

          However, if one of us that want to protect our helpless, goes out and shoots one of the sub-slimes that do this, well, we may have one less sub-slime, but when they jail you for murder, we are also one less for our side.

        Now, make legislation stronger. Insist upon evidence standards that don't victimize either the child or the accused -- (This is America and we don't hang the innocent while the guilty get away just because we're mad)

        --And we take out lots of bad guys without giving up any good guys.

         See? There's a reason we all appear so calm.

Easy does It - Find out how well those paid to protect our kids, animals and old folks do so.

Vote accordingly. Write letters. Stay on their backs until once again, our "delicate members" can walk freely in the parks.
